How to use WE AID as Corporation
Fiscal Hosting
A "Fiscal Host" enables organizations without their own charitable status to still engage in socially beneficial activities. As a project sponsor, WE AID can, for example, make the implementation of activities possible for companies as well. In this way, donations can be received in a legally compliant manner, funding can be applied for, and activities can be carried out. In principle, this structure can be compared to a corporate foundation or similar. The company’s social vision as the initiator is our guiding principle.
For companies not based in Germany or the EU, we also offer this sponsorship (Fiscal Hosting). This makes it possible to receive tax-deductible donations in Germany and to apply for funding (DE and EU). We ensure that transparency, legal compliance, and the achievement of charitable goals are always guaranteed.
As a "Fiscal Host," we assume responsibility towards partners, funding bodies, and donors, and we act as a reliable and trustworthy partner for them as well as for the company’s representatives.

Corporate Foundations
Companies and other non-profit organisations are also regularly involved in social issues. Many, especially larger companies, have set up their own foundations or associations to implement their corporate social responsibility programmes. For those who do not have such structures in place, WE AID can act as a non-profit sponsor for such initiatives.
Corporate Engagement
We are happy to provide support when employees are to be involved in the company’s social engagement. Examples include matched-giving campaigns or funding pools. The focus may be on promoting the engagement of individuals or private groups, as well as supporting existing nonprofit organizations.
Implementation of International Donations
Realising donations from abroad can sometimes be challenging. Through our structures, we ensure tax deductibility in Germany, transparent contract design and the eligibility of foreign non-profit organisations for funding.
Funding eligible projects and organizations
We are happy to ensure the eligibility of non-profit organisations worldwide. To do this, we draw on our experience and our international network. We regularly bring together potential sponsors and eligible non-profit projects in a matching process.
