1.1 WE AID gGmbH operates the internet platform www.we-aid.org (hereinafter referred to as the “platform”). Use of the platform is free of charge for users.
1.2 The platform informs users about initiatives that WE AID is currently running. Content posted on the platform comes from various authors. These may be employees of WE AID gGmbH or external authors.
1.3 Use of the Platform is subject to the condition that users accept these Terms of Use and undertake to comply with them.
1.4 The content of the platform is protected by copyright. The copyrights and other rights of WE AID gGmbH and the other authors must be observed and must not be violated. Before using the content for your own purposes, the relevant consent must be obtained in any case.

2. Registration for distributors

3. Advertising
The internet platform is a non-commercial project of WE AID gGmbH that may not be used for commercial purposes. For this reason, any form of advertising - whether direct or indirect - in articles or contributions is excluded.
4. Violation of the Terms of Use
If users discover a violation of these terms of use, they must inform WE AID gGmbH accordingly. WE AID gGmbH will remove the content in question immediately.

7. Change of scope of services
7.1 WE AID gGmbH is not obliged to make the platform available for use on a permanent basis to the same extent as before or at all. WE AID gGmbH is entitled to permanently or temporarily discontinue operation of the platform, if necessary without prior notice.
7.2 WE AID gGmbH makes no promises or assurances whatsoever with regard to the scope of the platform or its availability. WE AID gGmbH reserves the right in particular to make access to the platform generally dependent on prior registration.
8. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision. The same applies if it subsequently turns out that the Terms of Use are incomplete.
