We help you to collect donations for good causes, implement projects or pass the money on to verified charitable organisations – in Germany or worldwide. We support you with expertise and tools so that your commitment is safe, effective and efficient.

What WE AID can do for you:
1. Non-profit status – only if you need it
You get our knowledge from 15 years of practice. We are a recognised non-profit organisation – in Germany and the USA – and make our structures available to you. This allows you to accept donations, apply for funding or start projects, for example.
2. To the official structure with just a few clicks
(We´re working on this.) You can register and activate your initiative in just a few hours via our online platform. We’ll take care of the checks, charitable status, donation processing and the legal framework. Our focus is on the rapid realisation of your idea.
3. We bring donations directly to those who need them
Would you like to collect donations and pass them on to other charitable organisations – whether national or international? We make it possible. We check the recipient organisations, take care of all the necessary contracts and ensure that the impact of your donations is documented transparently. You can use our platform to independently invite organisations that you would like to support.
4. We take care of the paperwork
Accounting, contracts, insurance, data protection – we take care of all that for you. You can concentrate on your idea and we’ll do the rest. With us, money is only moved digitally and via all known payment methods.
What we do not offer
You bring the idea and the energy for your initiative with you – as well as the approach to your potential donors. We support you with content-related advice and activate our network to drive your initiative forward.
We don’t have any money of our own that we can make available to you and we don’t actively fundraise for you. But we can always help you optimise your fundraising processes with our experience so that you receive the funding you need quickly and securely.
We are happy to share our expert knowledge on the topic of non-profit organisations, but we are not a legal or tax consultancy. We also regularly seek external advice.
We do not take on the day-to-day operational work of your initiative – such as communication tasks, website maintenance or the direct implementation of aid measures. But we are always there to support you with our network and communication channels.
We can only support initiatives that are in line with our charitable objectives. As a non-profit organisation, we are bound by this. However, we can expand our purposes – but that takes time. Certain activities are not possible within the framework of the non-profit organisation. We will be happy to advise you individually.
The cost
We retain 5 to 10 % of the donations, depending on the expenditure, to partially cover our running costs. We also rely on donations and funding from institutions to further expand and improve our services. From a donation volume of more than 500 thousand euros, the cost contribution is reduced to 6%.
